Cancel at any time during the first month: service ends when that month ends, with no cancellation fee. The paid month is not refunded pro rata. After that, the commitment continues for a total of 12 months. You can withdraw your cancellation until the contract actually ends.

How much does a BeAI AI phone assistant cost?

The 200-minute plan costs 70.00 € excluding VAT per month, for up to 1 assistant(s). The 400-minute plan costs 140.00 € excluding VAT per month, for up to 2 assistant(s). The 600-minute plan costs 210.00 € excluding VAT per month, for up to 5 assistant(s).

What does my BeAI plan include?

Your plan includes the advertised AI minutes, one BeAI number per bot within the quota, AI usage, recording and self-improvement. Minutes are shared across bots and enabled voice models. Signup creates your first bot; you configure any additional bots in BeAI.

What happens if I use all my minutes?

Extra minutes use your prepaid credit at your plan’s rate. You can buy credit and enable automatic top-ups in BeAI. Payment must be confirmed before the credit can be used: service may be interrupted if your balance is insufficient. BeAI alerts you at 80%, 90% and 100% of included minutes.

Do unused minutes roll over?

Minutes renew on your monthly anniversary and do not roll over. The first minute of each started AI call is charged in full; the rest is counted by the second.

Are transfers and SMS included?

Outbound phone legs, transfers, SMS and text usage remain charged separately against credit at the applicable rates.

How long is the commitment?

The contract starts with the first confirmed payment, with a 12-month commitment and automatic monthly billing. Cancellation during the first month ends service at the end of that month, with no further monthly payment and no pro rata refund. After that, monthly payments remain due until the end of the 12 months, even if you cancel.

After the commitment, the contract renews monthly. Cancellation takes effect on the first monthly anniversary at least one calendar month after your request. You can withdraw your cancellation until the contract actually ends. After that, a new subscription is required.

Can I change my plan?

You can only upgrade to a higher plan, after accepting the pro rata quote and paying the difference. The new quota and rate apply after payment. Your original commitment is not extended.

Customers directly attached to Beone can subscribe in BeAI while keeping their bots and credit. These offers do not apply to reseller organisations.

When can my assistant receive calls?

After the first payment is confirmed, BeAI sets up the number and telephony. Your welcome page shows live progress and displays the number when it is ready. You can then call it and select “Edit my bot”. Instant activation is not guaranteed.
